We are responsive and have an experienced team of system administrators and support engineers ready to support our clients’ every need. Any incidents, changes and important security updates are handled with care and priority. Furthermore we ensure that the application environment is optimal and ensure that the applications are always running on the most updated software components and security features are applied correctly.
We offer a choice of services:
- Regular updates for new application releases
- Every 2 months we provide an opportunity to release new versions of the application, upgrading to the latest versions of the technology products used and support maintenance updates to the application infrastructure where required.
- Up-to-date versions of technology products
- All Open Source application software components will regularly release new versions of their products or libraries due to security releases, bug-fixes and new features. To ensure the client application remains up-to-date, Orange11 can upgrade the application during regular release windows to support the latest releases of the software components used.
By monitoring the application infrastructure during the production phase of the application, we can make sure nothing goes unnoticed. With highly advanced monitoring software, the application is monitored to prevent production errors from occurring. In the event of an error does occur, we are well positioned to analyze the undesired behavior and work towards a suitable solution rapidly.
